This page is how the steps are followed: where we are, what comes next. Read next: Decisions · Concept note.
We are at step 1 of 7, the concept note. It is written; it waits for melux's agreement in principle. Next: the reviewers' check.
The work is cut into seven steps, each producing something you can read or click. Every step gets the same four marks, always in this order D9:
| Mark | What it means | Who |
|---|---|---|
| Written | The step's documents exist | Claude, from the sources and earlier decisions |
| Agreed in principle | melux has read each document and agrees with its direction; open questions are answered | melux |
| Checked by reviewers | Two agents, Claude and Codex, each look for what is wrong or missing, on their own; every finding is answered | the agents; melux decides what the findings change |
| Signed off | The step is final and dated; its copy is kept in history | melux, after colleagues' comments |
Nothing is drawn or built before a step is signed off.
